Ingredients:
• 1 kg turkey breast
• 2 tbsp olive oil
• 3 garlic cloves, minced
• 1 tbsp rosemary, chopped
• 1 tbsp thyme, chopped
• 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
2. Mix olive oil, garlic, rosemary, thyme, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
3. Rub the mixture over the turkey breast.
4. Place the turkey on a baking tray and roast for 1–1.5 hours or until the internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).
5. Let rest for 10 minutes before slicing.
