Shipping Policy

Australian shipping is available via Australia Post. International shipping is available via Australia Post, who then carries it further using their partner companies in international countries.

An order confirmation and invoice are sent to the email address nominated at checkout.

After your order is processed, we endeavour to ship out the order within 1-3 business days after receipt. Please allow extra time for dispatch during sales and/or holiday periods.

Shipping Within Australia

• Express Shipping: 1-2 Business Days (Flat rate of $15)
• Express Shipping is FREE for orders over $150 (after any discounts or vouchers are applied)
• Sales Event Shipping: Due to high demand, shipping during sales events can be delayed. Expected shipping duration is 5-7 days during such sales events.

Shipping Internationally

• Flat Rate of $30 for all international orders
• Shipping times differ between each international destination

Our main courier is Australia Post, however other courier services may be used from time to time.

Country Eligibility

Slim By Nature products are not available for shipment to all countries. The delivery address that you specify must be within a country eligible to receive these products. Slim By Nature reserves the right at any time, in its sole discretion, with or without notice to you, to expand or limit the countries eligible for receiving Slim By Nature products.
