Kirsten: how I lost 22kg on SBN

I want to share Kirsten's story with you. She came to us right at the start of 2020, carrying the weight of too many work dinners, too many airport lounges, and too many late-night hotel room snacks. As a sales and marketing consultant, she was living out of suitcases, eating whatever was convenient, and slowly watching the scales creep higher and higher.

When Kirsten reached 92kg, she knew something had to change. She was tired of feeling sluggish at client meetings. Tired of pulling at her clothes, hoping nobody noticed. Tired of waking up in another hotel room feeling bloated and uncomfortable.

That's when she found us. Actually, let me correct that. Facebook found us for her. You know how your phone listens to everything? Kirsten had been talking to a friend about needing to lose weight, and the very next day, our ad appeared in her feed. Sometimes the universe just gives you a nudge.

From 92kg down to 70kg.

"I have a huge amount of gratitude to the team," Kirsten told me, and honestly, hearing that still gives me goosebumps. But the gratitude goes both ways. Watching Kirsten transform from someone who was hiding behind loose-fitting blazers to someone who walks into a room with absolute confidence? That is why we do this.
